All orders are processed within 3-14 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp or telephone. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer should reach out within 12 hrs of delivery along with the image (Post 12 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 12 hours; My Treasureopia will take action accordingly. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. The customer can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Please note that online payments don’t require any additional delivery charges. However, Shipping charges will be levied according to the region, if the product is fragile & if the product is more than 1 Kilogram.

Returns are not accepted. However, if the product is damaged, you should reach out us on mytreasureopia@gmail.com within 12 hours with a photo /video of the defected product. Post 12 hours, your claim will not be taken into consideration. Our support team will resolve your issue with giving options of other products that resembles the order or store credit.
The store credit can be used within 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used regardless any minimum amount, or on Pre-Discounted Products.
In the event of lost package, we will contact our delivery partner and if it's clear that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customized Hampers are not eligible for returns, replacement or cancellation.
