Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Returns are not accepted. However, if the product is damaged, you should reach out us on mytreasureopia@gmail.com within 12 hours with a photo /video of the defected product. Post 12 hours, your claim will not be taken into consideration. Our support team will resolve your issue with giving options of other products that resembles the order or store credit. The store credit can be used within 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used regardless any minimum amount, or on Pre-Discounted Products. In the event of lost package, we will contact our delivery partner and if it's clear that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customized Hampers are not eligible for returns, replacement or cancellation.
