Returns are not accepted. However, if the product is damaged, you should reach out us on mytreasureopia@gmail.com within 12 hours with a photo /video of the defected product. Post 12 hours, your claim will not be taken into consideration. Our support team will resolve your issue with giving options of other products that resembles the order or store credit. The store credit can be used within 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used regardless any minimum amount, or on Pre-Discounted Products. In the event of lost package, we will contact our delivery partner and if it's clear that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
