Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. The customer can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Please note that online payments don’t require any additional delivery charges. However, Shipping charges will be levied according to the region, if the product is fragile & if the product is more than 1 Kilogram.

Returns are not accepted. However, if the product is damaged, you should reach out us on mytreasureopia@gmail.com within 12 hours with a photo /video of the defected product. Post 12 hours, your claim will not be taken into consideration. Our support team will resolve your issue with giving options of other products that resembles the order or store credit. The store credit can be used within 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used regardless any minimum amount, or on Pre-Discounted Products. In the event of lost package, we will contact our delivery partner and if it's clear that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customized Hampers are not eligible for returns, replacement or cancellation.
